Juan Williamson
Greetings! My name is Juan Williamson, and I am the Head Pastor at Destiny Church. My family has been in ministry while serving at a local church since 1998. The Lord has now placed a burning desire in our hearts to start this new Church Fellowship in South Kansas City. Our passion is to be a blessing to all who come in contact with us through sharing the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Whether you are new to the faith or seeking a fresh start, we invite you to become part of our family. Please join us this Sunday. You’ll be glad you did!

Our Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of Destiny Church based on the foundational truths taught in scripture. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
Destiny Church is a church striving to bring change through God’s word. We are founded upon the belief that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God.
We believe in the great commission and are endeavoring to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ therefore making disciples of all who would receive salvation. (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 29)
We believe there is only one God (Deuteronomy 6:4 ). He is the creator of heaven and earth, and of all living beings. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father (Creator), as the Son (Savior), and as the Holy Ghost (indwelling Spirit).
We believe in water baptism by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin. (Acts 2:38-39)
We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues. (Acts 2:4)
We believe in the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. God ministers to His people through tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy; words of knowledge and wisdom, discerning of spirits, faith, working of miracles, healing, helps and government. (Mark 16:15-18; Acts 5:16; 2 Corinthians 12:1-11)

Men of Destiny
Meet on the 1st Saturday of every month at 9:00 am for breakfast and sound biblical teaching focused on disciplining men.
Women of Destiny
Meet on the 2nd Saturday of every month at 9:00 am for breakfast and sound biblical teaching focused on disciplining women.
Destiny Youth
Meet on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 9:00 am for fellowship, fun and time in the word.
Evangelism
Meet on the 4th Saturday of each month. We minister to the needs of “the lost at any cost”.
Prayer
We meet on the 3rd Saturday @ noon for Corporate Prayer. We pray for the Church Body, Our Families, Our City,Nation and its leaders.
